Hello!

A huge thank you to all those who donated to help people living in Direct Provision get to our previous dinners!

Your donations meant that people all over Ireland were able to come together for a day of food, music, and solidarity, and we'd urge you to check out the photos on Facebook to see the amazing atmosphere you helped to create!

We're reaching out again for the March Solidarity Dinner, so that asylum seekers and refugees living outside of Dublin can join us.

International Women's Day is March the 8th and in celebration of that, we'd like to make the dinner a women's event. A special effort will be made to reach out to women living in DP centres who, for reasons of confidence or cultural or religous beliefs, have not yet attended the mixed-gender dinners.

There are people in direct provision centres in places like Killarney, Waterford, and Athlone, who are really keen to come up to the dinner.

These centres are often located in very remote areas, and residents do not have enough money to purchase expensive bus tickets themselves. Thanks to online donations and donations at the dinner around 40 return tickets were funded to December's Solidarity Dinner!

If you can't actually attend this month's dinner but still want to be a part of the event, consider sponsoring a ticket for someone in direct provision to join us!

Thank you!

In solidarity,

RAMSI & MASI ❤
