Raising money for Serubogo Ally

Serubogo Ally is a 35 year old man who has been suffering from a vein disease since 2000 that has caused his leg to swell as you can see in the photo above. He has seen every doctor in his country (Rwanda) but none of them were able to aid him. At first they thought it is cancer but after tests it was negative and the doctors informed him that for him to be treated they needed soffistcated machinery during the operation that can keep him alive which is not in the country, so after enquiries he was informed that he can be treated in India but it will cost him $ 25000.00 of which he can’t afford. He tried to raise funds through local authorities but it has taken very long for him to get it. That’s why he is requesting for any Good Samaritans to help  him in any way possible.
