Rafael Soto Heart Surgery

Rafael Soto, 43, loving father of four, husband, son, and uncle, has recently fallen ill battling heart attacks and has become stranded in Mexico. Without any means of insurance or the ability to travel back to the U.S. due to the severity of his condition, him and his wife Rosa I. Bolivar and family are in desperate need  of assistance. An emergencey heart surgery will be performed while he is in Mexico, but his insurance is not covering the payment.
