Rachel's Breast Cancer Campaign

Cancer has touched and affected many of our lives in one form or another and unfortunately, it’s recently happened again. This time to my dear friend and family member, Rachel Hall, who had recently had some health obstacles that led to her being diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer in May.

Rachel is a devoted wife to Rodd Hall, a wonderful mom to my son-in-law, Paul Maes, daughter, sister, mother-in-law to my daughter, Mandi and grandmother to 6 wonderful grandkids; five of which we share. Her family is her life and she loves everyone unconditionally. She is a kind, humble, giving soul and would help anyone in need by simply giving the shirt off her back. She also possesses a strong spiritual faith, and demonstrates a lot of will and determination.

At this writing, she has undergone several surgeries and is facing two more back to back surgeries at University Hospital in Lubbock today. One of her last surgeries revealed a quarter-sized tumor and two more masses on the left side. Her, her husband and family members have been currently making many trips from Clovis to Lubbock and back on a very regular basis, which in of itself becomes expensive.

Because of her diagnosis, she has been advised by her doctors that it will be 6 months before she’ll be in a position to work so this Go Fund Me account is being established to help pay for lost wages, unpaid medical bills, travel and lodging expenses for future cancer treatments, more possible surgeries and various doctors’ visits.

No donation is too small or too large and each one is deeply appreciated. We’re doing this in hopes of making their lives easier and a little more financially manageable due to this unexpected crisis.
