Our beautiful Rachael Pool is facing the battle of her life after being diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer last week.
She is a mother (pregnant with 2nd baby), wife, sister, daughter, friend and so much more to those who know her. She is a wonderful person inside and out who does so much for so many and now it is our turn to help her.
With a 4 year old son at home, a baby on the way and a loving husband by her side, Rachael has so much to fight for and so many who need her!
