Isabell's poorly heart....

Hiya everybody , 

This is a gofundme for our sick daughter Isabell.. Isabell has tetralogy of fallot and had open heart surgery at 8 months old.. she is now 6 but we are struggling quiet bad with damp in our home and we really need to get out for isabells health.. Isabell still has ongoing health issues and will need further surgeries in the nr future...  please share to help us get this sorted
