Help Will-Paradise Fire

Hi all. Some of you who have known me for years know my youngest brother Will Heaton. I am doing this fundraiser for him. I'm sure most of you have heard of the deadly wildfire that destroyed Paradise, CA as well as parts of neighboring towns.  Will lived in Paradise for many years and was still working there. A couple years ago he moved about 10 min down the road to Magalia, CA, another town that was decimated by the fire. The house that he was renting is gone, along with all his worldly possessions other than what he threw in his car before fleeing for his life in the middle of the night. he did not have renter's insurance. He had hopes the fire would not come near his home but In the middle of the night the wind shifted again. As the roar of the fire and the exploding propane tanks got closer and closer he decided it was time to flee. He and we his family are incredibly grateful that the Lord spared his life. This is an untold tragedy for thousands of folks in his area and other parts of CA. We are so incredibly saddened by those who lost their lives and those who lost all. He is also blessed in that before the fire he was in the process of buying a trailer. As so many will return with no place to go he is grateful that he will have a camper to live in until such time as a place can be found for him to rent. As you can imagine with over 6,700 residences burned in Paradise alone, finding a place to live will be a challenge. He is staying in a hotel until he can get back to a nearby town to get the camper. That and food on the road are an added expense at this time. Our goal with this fundraiser is to raise money for him to buy bedding and kitchen items to be able to live in the trailer along with clothes, and shoes and jackets and all those necessities we take for granted that we need for everyday life. Then if monies are left over when he finds a place to live he will need to buy furniture and a bed and what not.  Any size donation you care to make would be gratefully accepted.
