New AC unit for elderly

My name is Leslie Murders and I am the daughter in law of Mike and Sandi Cowan an elderly couple in very bad health. Mike only has 17% of his heart working, he's on oxygen and practaliy bed ridden because he has rhumatory arthritis and Sandi has severe COPD and Chronic lung disease that keeps her with pneumonia all the time, she has a life vest she has to wear and is also on oxygen, there AC unit went out and they can not live with out it, Sandi can not be in the heat at all doctors orders. They are both retired and on a fixed income,  anything anyone could do to help them out would be gladly appreciated. Thank you and God Bless.
