"Walk in my Paws" Help Connor!

Hi, my name is Connor and I need your help! The kind people here at the Humane Society of Livingston County pulled me from an at risk shelter situation a few weeks ago. I haven't been here very long but they just discovered that I have a bad right back knee that requires a pretty intense surgery. On a scale from 1 to 4 I have a grade 3 luxating patella. Don't know what that means? I didn't either. Pretty much my knee is out of place and when they go to put it back in...it doesn't want to stay. No wonder I have been in so much pain...
The consult alone is going to cost $125.00.
The guesstimated quote for my surgery is $2,000.
I'm one of the newest kids on the block, how do I possibly ask them to pay that when there are so many others besides me and so many bills to pay here...That's where YOU come in!
