Quadstick for gaming

My name is Jake Wesley. I was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy at the age of 3. I live right outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Duchenne is a progressive muscle wasting disease. It causes your muscles to lose strength. Making you become weaker everyday. Eventually causing death. I have been fighting it ever since. I am now 18 years of age. I currently can not walk and I am now confined to a wheelchair. I have loved video games and using the computer since I was a little boy. I made and designed things as well as played with electronics since I was 6 years old, but since my arms are weaker now I don't have the strength to do a lot of that, nor am I able to walk, which means I can not do most activities independently. I will never need to stop playing video games if I have the right equipment. I am trying to get a quadstick which is a device you use your mouth with to control your computer or play video games with. I love designing things on the computer, but doing that is pretty much the only thing I have the strength to do. As well as watching tv, talking, some typing and driving remote control vehicles. But as my disease get weaker  i might not be able to do that anymore because of my chance of early death. So I'd love to love to be able to play video games until then. Then I can live a happy life. Unfortunately, I can not afford to pay for one because I have to pay thousands of dollars each year for medical equipment to keep me alive. Including hospital beds, wheelchairs, shower chairs, lifts, and home improvements to make my house more accessible for me that I can barely afford. I hope that you guys will consider donating. It would make me feel very happy. Then I can forget about my disability by being able to enjoy playing my video games happily.
