Rocky's surgery expense

Hello,
My name is Rocky.  I like to take walks and LOVE to get belly rubs.  For those of you who have met me you know I love them.   I went to the vet on wednesday and they told me that I have bladder stones and a bone in my tummy.  I need to get surgery and need it fast.  I love to go on walks but I cry when  I try to pee, it hurts and i shake.  My dad is very very sad, he doesnt know what to do.  The surgery is expensive and he needs help to pay for it.  Can you please help me.
