Help Jonathan Get a Wheelchair Bike

Jonathan (JJ) is a 10 1/2 yr. old with cerebral palsy. He is a spastic quad with distonic movements. JJ loves the outdoors and his siblings are active and enjoy family activities. JJ can't always fully participate due to his physical limitations but he WANTS to! He would love to go on long bike rides with his family, especially his brothers and sisters.
One (of many) things that JJ has been blessed with is an awesome family. His dad and grandmother, Joy, would go to the ends of the earth to ensure that he can particpate in anything and everything. But sometimes the tools to make that happen are expensive.
JJ's family is willing to push, pull, operate and do whatever it takes to get JJ involved. There is a duet wheelchair bike that would allow JJ to have the sensation of bike riding while a family member does the work. They have tried to win him one of these bikes but have never been able to pull enough votes. So it's on to Plan B.
Would you be willing to help us raise funds for JJ's bike? We could have fundraisers where half the money goes to expenses, or we can just ask you to take what you would donate to that and 100% of it will go to buying JJ's bike! We need a little over $6000. We know we can do it with your help!!
If we can raise the $6000+ for JJ's bike, we will have a launch party and you're all invited to watch JJ take off and feel the freedom of a bike ride. Please join our effort to make this happen for JJ and his incredible family that give their all for his happiness!
