Guatemala Mission Trip

I will be joining a team of men and women, heading to Guatemala in August. I am so excited to be a part of a team who aims to love on people, to meet people where they are, to be helpful with no agenda (as in, helping for the sake of loving people well, without having the goal be to “fix” or impose our ideals on people), and to think of themselves last.  

Here’s the hard part. I am not good at asking for help. I am even less good at accepting it, but I need you. I need your help. Financially, this trip is beyond what my family can afford. I hesitated so much in setting up an account like this, because the last thing I want is to be another person asking for your money. To be another noise on your newsfeed, but here I am, because this is important.  More important than my pride. Please consider helping me, financially. Every dollar makes a huge difference. 

You are going to make this possible for me. Help me help others. Show me love, so that I can show love in this way. Please.
