Over night The Mitchell familys lives changed.Our son Jake Developed a rare seizure disorder in March 2012 that has left him disabled and totally dependent on his family for his care 24/7. In the 3 yrs Jake has been sick our family normal has change compleatly it revolves around Jakes daily needs .Jakes mom is his main care giver ,she had to leave her job to take on this huge responsibility,leaving only one income in a three income home.Now Jake is home with us and his daily needs have greatly increased the household expenses .During the last 3yrs ,the family has done its best to stay current on all the household bills ,but has slipped futher behind with each mounth that passed ,this family is in great need of outside help, to save there home and get their mounthly bills caught up. On top of all the household bills the family is in need of transportation for Jake, Jake is wheelchair bound and needs a handycape equiped van to get to his doctor and therapy visits. Please Help us help Jake!
