Save my home

My name is Liz, I am not the type of person to ask for help but here's my story. I am a single mother of 4 children, I have been independent since the age of 16 and worked very hard all my life to support my family. I have been off work since May 2015 due to work injuries, resulting in 2 surgeries that have left me stuggling with minimal income and have found myself not being able to make ends meet. To fill you in on my life, on a day to day basis , I have 3 kids, all in sports and I almost always attend or volunteer for each one, the fourth has graduated and has started her first job and has no licence, so therefore I have to taxi her to and from. My mother at the age of 50 has had 2 strokes and is also diabetic, now lives with us. Anyone that knows me in the community calls me " Momma Molson" for this reason, always taking care of everything and everyone. Let me get to the reason why I am asking for help. I have gotten behind on my mortgage pmts and can't seem to find the light at the end of the tunnel, I have contacted the mortgage company and they are working with me, unfortunatly I have a lump sum due by January 1st 2016 or I will lose my home. Every donation will go towards the principle pmt due. I cant afford to lose everything I have worked so hard for my whole life, I am fighter and will continue to be!
