Zen Horse Rescue is a 501c3 Non-Profit started by a loving group of volunteers in South Florida that is making a difference, not only in each horse we save but in every person, that is saved.
Our mission is dedicated to providing safe refuge and permanent care for unwanted/abandoned Florida horses. Some of our horses continue to give by dedicating their remaining years to becoming therapy horses while other horses are adopted (sponsored) by loving groups of people, who want to dedicate their time to giving these horses the love, serenity and ZEN that we have created with this program. These amazing adoptive parents come to give care, graze, ride and even socialize with friends and family at the stables and enjoy the company of fellow equestrian enthusiasts.
