Help finishing the Volunteer House

We are on the verge finishing up a volunteer house to be able to host our international volunteers coming to help us continue impacting lives in the communities of Busua and Dixcove through Black Star Development (charity) based in Busua Beach, Ghana. 

We have managed to get most of the things needed to finish the house with support from our partner organization The Mighty Roar based in UK. The cost to finish the house will be about 13'000 GHS (about 2'700 CHF).

We are at the moment raising funds to purchase 6 bunk beds, 12 mattresses, curtains, sheets, pillows, refrigerator, gas stove and other things needed for the kitchen. Addition to this, we will also buy tables and chairs for volunteers to sit and eat on when having food or even relaxing after work. Part of the money raised will be used to make a garden around the volunteer house and pay the costs for the workmanship such as plumbers, carpenters, electricians, tilers and masons . 
We will buy all the furniture and beds from carpenters from Busua to support local businesses.
