JUSTICE FOR KEVIN

My family and I are on a long journey to find justice in the death of my brother Kevin McDevitt Jr.  Shortly after his 21st birthday Kevin visited Atlantic City, NJ with friends.  After car trouble on the way down the vehicle was towed and the three boys were driven by one of their fathers to the Tropicana hotel.  Kevin, frustrated by the incident and his friends who had gone to sleep due to drinking earlier, called home late that night and left  a message for our mother of the events.  He stated his intentions on coming home early via a public bus.
Kevin never made it to the bus, nor did he make it home.  At some point after leaving the Tropicana Hotel he was a victim of predatory thugs near the AC boardwalk. His young body was found, undressed on the bed of a seedy Rodeway motel, his toxicology report showing enormous amounts of cocaine and heroine to be the cause of death.  In fact, the levels were so toxic that it would have killed him within 20 minutes of ingestion.  Kevin's posessions were stolen including a cell phone, his white nike sneakers, as well as his debit card. In the hours that followed, multiple people were seen on camera at various locations draining the account and stealing over $6,000 via Rite Aid stores, AC bar and grill, and many others.   As a criminal justice student, an avid scholar athlete, and volunteer firefighter, Kevin was anything but a user of these drugs.  There were no marks found upon his body suggesting he shot up, or took them in a voluntary manner, leading those close to him to believe that foul play was an absolute case for Kevin.
The primary suspect, who has been previously arrested for human trafficking, is a self proclaimed "pimp", habitual drug user, and has bragged on video of promoting prostitution of up to 2,000 women. His name is Stacey Greer, aka "snake" to his constituants. Gold and diamond teeth frame his maniacal smile and has committed countless crimes against humanity. During a previous trial, his main prositute testified to his acts of violence against her and others, including theft, rape, drug abuse, identity theft, fraud, and battery.  Until recently he walked the streets free until he was finally arrested due to involvement in Kevins death.  Other witnesses also testified that Greer lured Kevin off of the boardwalk, and verbally accosted him with another male to give up the pin code to his debit card and forcing him into a motel room registered under the name of an alias Stacey Greer used for prostitution purposes.  The witnesses, who were also being charged in connection to the theft, worked for Greer and stated that they watched him and another male carry Kevin McDevitt, who was heavily sedated to another room, where he was ultimately left to die.
Unfortunately, a proper crime scene was not investigated thoroughly and it was treated like an accidental overdose, even though the theft of his belongings and conflicting evidence was discarded by those wanting to deter a homicide investigation that would shine light on the corruption and filth that rules the city.  After years of no answers and coverups made by Atlantic City my family has taken matters into their own hands to find answers.  From countless hours of private investigation and letters and phone calls to various officials, my family seeks to finally put this man behind bars for the murder of my brother.
Due to the high cost of websites, lawyers fees, private investigators and the expense of frequent travel, it has become a financial burden that is getting harder to deal with.  I am asking and encouraging anyone to donate to alleviate these expenses before our financial resources deplete and cut us short of our goal of finding JUSTICE FOR KEVIN.
