Jeremy Moore a 26 year old man from Hanover Pa passed away on September 30, 2015. He is a Father of 3 beautiful children, 2 year old Jazzy, 6 year old Zae and 7 year old Lily whom he adored immensly. A Brother to his two sisters and two brothers. An Uncle to his amazing nieces and nephews. A Son, Grandson, Friend, Artist, Ravens Fan and Music Lover.  What an amazing gift to be given in life, the gift of so many titles and so many loved ones.
Sadly, in the past few months he was having a hard time understanding life's trials and daily he struggled with who he was and what he was meant to be. We've all been here, questioning why life is throwing so many stones our way. Even in his struggles he was there for his babies, played with his nieces, annoyed his siblings :) and put a smile on for friends. He was fulfilling so much he just couldn't see it.  He didnt give up...Everyday was a new day that he forced himself to face with hope, dignity and strength. A new day that he shared a piece of himself with the world around him.
However, on September 29th as he lay his head to sleep he took his last breath, leaving his children and some financial burdens behind. His brother Joshua whom is in prison wants to see him one last time. In order for the family to get him home for the funeral they have to pay the prison at least $3000.  Then there is the cost of the actual funeral. But most of all I am doing this fundraiser to try to raise some money for his children, to give them at least some financial stability for their future. Jeremy Moore was so much more than a 26 year old man from Hanover, he was a man creating a legacy.
