This is the official Go Fund Me page for Veteran Suicide Prevention Association. All donations go directly into Veteran Suicide Prevention Association account for use towards building a gym.

Veteran Suicide Prevention Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that strives to prevent and discover an answer to veteran suicide and to serve, advocate for and empower veterans and people affected by veteran suicide and give them the ability to have control, and give them the responsibility of their happiness.

We strongly believe that there is a relationship between mental health and physical fitness.

Donations from this campaign will help to raise money to buy a gym for Detroit.   This will give veterans a place to go.  Detroit has one of the highest suicide rates in America.  This will be an additional resource for veterans and also provide resources for veterans.  The funds for this campaign will go to Veteran Suicide Prevention Association. 

By Veterans Day, Veteran Suicide Prevention Association would like to open a gym in Downtown Detroit.  Approximately 22 veterans commit suicide everyday in the United States by physical harm.  This number is too high.  It is our hope to drastically reduce this number.
