Help Dee finish doctorate

Hi, my name is Delia, I am currently a final year student on the Doctorate in Counselling Psychology at a London university. I have self funded all the way through, by working full time and raising my children at the same time as doing placements and studying on the course. I was due to qualify this year, but unfortunately have had to defer for health reasons and have lost the majority of the fees already paid for the year, having to start the final year again in October. The fee for the year is £6000, minus £1300 that I will be reimbursed from the university. This covers tuition for the practice and research modules, as well as support with placements.
In January 2018, halfway through my final year, I started losing weight and was unable to finish meals (not like me at all!) My GP found what she called a "large hard mass" in my pelvis and I was referred urgently to a gynaecologist. After a month of tests and scans which was a very frightening time, they have said they think it's benign (it will still be biopsied on removal). However, I need a hysterectomy at 39 years old, because it's so large, and growing. My health is suffering, I feel weak and tired, get high blood pressure and extreme dizziness since this all began. To support my children I have kept my job on a mental health ward but unfortunately had to defer my course as it requires a high level of concentration which, despite trying to keep going, I just do not have right now.
I am doing extra shifts at work until my operation, pushing through to raise as much as I can, and am repaying loans in the hope I can borrow extra. I am also hoping to reach my target so I can finish what I started.
Being on this course is one of the best things that has ever happened to me, my circumstances have not been easy and this will guarantee stability and a brighter future. I also love the course itself, learning different therapeutic models and applying them in placements where I see clients.
