My Jamaica Mission trip

I will be packing my bags and heading to Jamaica to help children in Botany Bay in southeastern Jamaica.  This October, I will join missionaries Rebecca and Greg Campbell who have started Sea-Glass Ministries.  Sea-Glass ministers to area children by raising scholarships and supporting the Christian School in Botany Bay.  Right now the school has about 220 children attending - most of whom come from very poor households.  My church, Columbus Assembly of God, has been sending supplies down to the school for a couple of years.  Now we are sending people (including me) to help with the effort.  We plan on helping with projects in the community center, doing “clown walks” through the school, playing, loving & reaching the heart of these kids while sharing the message and love of Jesus.   The cost for this one week trip will be about $2000 (flight, lodging, meals & supplies) and I am working at paying for much of this out of pocket. The total cost is due by the end of September and I would be honored and indebted to you if you would consider helping support me and this mission adventure. **All donations will be turned over to the church in October.
