My last wish

20 months ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer, half way through my treatment i was given the devistating news that they hadnt caught it in time and it had traveled around my body and attached itself to my bones, so basically its terminal. 
They cannot offer me cureative treatment so can only keep me comfortable for as long as they can. As it is quite aggressive
It was suggested that i think  about things i REALLY want to do while i still can. 
My main wish is to learn to ride and own my own motorbike and this is something ive wanted for some time, the other thing i would like is to have my garden done to make it easier for me to care for and somewhere nice for me to go if it ever stops raining .
I have been struggling to make these things happen and could really do with a helping hand. 
I honestly don't know how long i have, it could be anywhere between a  year or up to 10 years  we just don't know.
I dont normally ask for help but considering the circumstances I know i need it. 
If you could help me in any way no matter how small  it would be amazing and i would be extremely grateful
