Provincial Soccer Championships U16 Squamish boys

Squamish United U16 boys are the first ever Squamish boys youth soccer team to qualify for Provincial Championships.
Provincial Championships are held in Prince George this year July 4-7, a 1400km round trip from Squamish.

The tournament is taking place over 4 days and the team requires a minimum of 4 hotel nights.
Including travel costs, hotel and meals there will be a cost for each player of well over $600.
By donating funds to this cause you can help ease the financial burden on players.
Any donations coming in will be distributed among the team.

Squamish United U16 boys were 1 win away from winning the Division 1 league championships this season and went on an unbeaten run in the Coastal Cup despite missing 3 regular starters due to injury.
In the league cup-semi final this team showed incredible spirit and determination and came to within 1 penalty shot of going to the Coastal Cup final, despite having to play without subs for almost 100 minutes against the league Champions.

With their combination of skill, amazing team spirit and their never-say-die attitude this team will represent Squamish very well and will have as good a shot as any other team at the Provincial Championship title. An added bonus is that all injured players will be fit and healthy for Provincials!
