Providence Folk Festival 2019

Tax deductible
The PROVIDENCE FOLK FESTIVAL is a FREE music festival featuring some of the finest folk, acoustic and Americana singer-songwriter acts in Rhode Island and beyond. On August 25, we'll be holding the sixth annual Providence Folk Festival in a new, waterside location - the beautiful Rose Larisa Park in East Providence!

Please watch our video for more information and a preview of our new location. And please join us on August 25 for the sixth annual Providence Folk Festival!

With our change in location comes a change in funding, and this year more than ever we need your help to keep this festival running. We're pursuing grants and corporate sponsorships, but need our community of musicians and music-lovers (and lovers of musicians!) to come together, support this festival, and keep it free and accessible to all. Your donation will help to fund festival costs essential to a great day of music, including:

* Compensating musicians
* Licenses and insurance
* Sound equipment and sound techs
* "Facilities"
* Staging and tents
* And more!

All donations will go directly to Hear in Rhode Island, a 501(c)(3), arts organization that produces the Providence Folk Festival and other music events throughout Rhode Island.
