New Sober House for Men in Hamden, Ct

Prosperity House Inc. is a nonprofit 501c3 organization that has been providing sober living for individuals that struggle addiction, re-entry challenges and/or homelessness since 2010. Prosperity House has been able to create a multi-disciplinary experience for individuals who are reentering the community and/or recovering from the challenges of life; our mission is:

PROGRESSIVE  TRANSFORMATION!                                       

In light of our community and the entire country being in the grips of an opiate crisis, Prosperity House has been doing its best to counsel, house, encourage and educate individuals towards recovery. Most of our resident find Prosperity House as a safe haven.
We have been able to create a model that works as Prosperity House is  zero tolerance for drug use and has a set of house rules that are closely monitored, which helps residents feel secure in their recovery process and prepares them for community engagement with the confidence to obtain their goals and become self-sufficient,  productive citizens.
We have found it difficult to serve the demands with (1) one location. Therefore, another location will be opening in November of this year in Hamden CT.
We are looking for any and all charitable donations from the community to help us continue to provide a safe haven for those in need of services at our new location .
