Wheelchair Ramp For Our Church
Donation protected
The Church of God of Prophecy needs your help to make our ministry accessible to everyone. We are a small congregation with a big vision: to become a vibrant, growing church where all feel welcome, and can grow in faith; to be a church known for showing God’s love by making a difference in our local community and beyond.
We never want to turn anyone away… even if they are in a wheel chair. Many Sunday mornings, the men of our congregation assemble outside to help members and visitors with mobility issues into the church. Often, this involves carrying a person in a wheelchair up the eight stairs into the sanctuary. Unfortunately, our historic building was erected long before wheelchair ramps became a requirement on most public buildings.
Our goal is simple. We need to raise $60,000 to install a wheelchair ramp and a chairlift. Thank you for taking the time to consider this request. If you need additional information about the church or this request, please contact Bishop Timothy Scotton [phone redacted]. We appreciate your support.
