Since the passing of our good friend David his business of Promonet and associated products have remained up and running with support.

His wife Leanne and myself along with my son Jake who worked for David for over 2 yrs have been pushing to keep Promonet services up and running.

We are unable to take payment for services as we are still in discussions with a third party with regards to the IP rights of PromartV3. However, servers, crunch and all the other associated parts of promonet need to be paid along with the wages of Ravi who assists us in supporting customers.

Daves estate is insolvent and any payments made to keep things up and running are coming from Leanne and myself.

As you can imagine, this is a huge financial burden and with Leanne trying to pay her own bills with creditors chasing her for debts that Dave left behind is starting to hinder her ability to assist with bills which need to be paid on a monthly basis to keep clients up and running.

Not only are we paying the bills for promonet, but we also have legal expenses to cover in order for us to safely move forward without any future legalities.

We ask that Daves clients assist us by donating funds so we can continue our drive to move promomagic forward to provide clients with a better and improved version of the current software and assist us in the purchase of the rights to promart.

We can not be seen to benefit from the use of promart, therefore any funds received will only be used to cover the costs incurred and to pay future bills.

We want to ensure that Daves legacy and business ideas continue and thrive to provide his children with the future that Dave worked for.

Any donation made will be accounted for and the amount donated will be used to work out a deduction from any unpaid invoices.

Kind regards
