Project Kids Giving

Hello,

Last semester, I launched a campaign called Project Kids Giving by creating a makeshift homeless village from cardboard with students at Stony Brook University. The campaign launch was to bring awareness to child homelessness and the struggles pregant teens and single mothers face when homeless.  At the campaign launch, we raised about $200.

In continuing our mission to helping pregnant and single mothers live a safe and healthy life, Project Kids Giving has created this account account to support Mercy Center Ministries, an organization founded in response to a growing number of homeless teens. The organization opened its first residence in 1987 to house pregnant/parenting teens and has grown to provide three independent living shelter programs for runaway/homeless teens.
