Military Appreciation Hockey Game

Donation protected
The Boston Jr. Rangers would like to honor these Wounded Heroes/Disabled Veterans in the form of a charity hockey game. The team hopes to raise awareness throughout the hockey community while acting as a fundraiser in which all proceeds will go to Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, Inc. This nonprofit organization is dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active military service personnel and disabled veterans through fly fishing and associated activities including education and outings. Project Healing Waters brings a high-quality, full-spectrum fly fishing program to an ever-expanding number of disabled active military service personnel across the Veterans Affairs Healthcare System, in Military Hospitals and the Warrior Transition Command. In 2017 alone, Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing served over 8,500 disabled veterans nationwide.

On February 9th, 2019, the Jr. Rangers of the Eastern Hockey League (EHL) dedicate their regular season game to all military veterans as they take on the New Hampshire Avalanche at 8:10 pm @Breakaway Ice Center in Tewksbury, MA. The team welcomes several military veterans for a ceremonial puckdrop as they will be presented with a special Jr. Rangers military jersey.

Any donation helps and witness the military jerseys firsthand!!
