ProHealth Hepatitis C Fundraiser

ProHealth Community Healthcare Center will be hosting our first annual fundraiser, called "Tour De Franklin"; this event will be held June 2, 2018. This event will consist of numerous cyclists that will be traveling from various locations, and ride various routes that will be clearly marked, as well as having fully stocked rest stops along the way, in conjuction with having annual health screenings and sports physicals. 

We here at ProHealth are in need of your help to promote and fund our program. There are three levels of corporate sponsorship packages. 

Gold Circle: $7,000 and up
Silver Circle: $5,000 - $6,999
Bronze Circle: $2,500 - $4,999

ProHealth is also, seeking In-kind donations for our kick off event prior to our main event "Tour De Franklin", which will be held Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 6pm. This event will be a cocktail party and a silent auction, which will be held at The Standard Club. Financial support is extremely important to ProHealth as we rely on donations to provide a wide variety for scale base support programs and services in the community, which are needed and valued by those in this community. We depend on the added support of our friends and contacts in the business community for support. We cordially invite you to contribute by: 

-Donating an auction item and/or gift bag item(s)
-Offering a corporate donation
-Offering gift card(s), cerificate(s) and/or monetary gifts

All patrons are welcome to donate any monetary amount to assist ProHealth. All patrons names will be included on our Patron's list during our main event, "Tour De Franklin" in October.
