Professional editing

I'm a dedicated writer who has been going at it with very little support from any source except my own stubbornness. I realize I need professional eyes on my works but don't have the capital to afford editors.

I plan on going the traditional publishing route. I've put a lot of blood and tears into my six Science Fiction novels and easily have enough stories to fill thirty more, but I have to face it: I am pretty invisible.

Not a bad writer, just an invisible one.

Beta-readers loving my work has been the only return on my investment. I can see myself writing until the whole venture resembles a pilgrimage to a far-off holy land, full of promise and faith and ending with a short, sharp encounter with bandits on the road.

Sound like a familiar story? It is. And tragic, too, because I know my writing deserves a ton of genuine support. 

Funding will go into editing and related publishing concerns. The funding also means I won't have to lose sleep to pursue my dream.

I live in poverty. Even this small amount for use on my art will make an enormous difference. I'm quite literally choosing between replacing hole-filled shoes and clothes and continuing my dream.

Your small support will mean more to me than practically anything I can think of.

I've written over 2.5 million words and I'm not a very outgoing person. I'm asking for help now because I absolutely need it. I'm invisible, not unworthy. :)
