KNF CO-OP NEW PRODUCE COOLER

Greetings Friends!  

    We know it's been a long haul, but we've been making progress toward completing the store renovations.  In the next month we'll be adding new walls,  new front and back entrances, a new facade with a new sign, a new floor, new lighting, two new cash counters, and most importantly a new walk-in cooler that will be more than double the size of our old one.  The back parking lot will be re graded so water flows away from the building instead of toward it.  We're very excited about these changes but they haven't come without a cost.
     We've reached the limits of our budget and are still in need of a new produce cooler.  Our old one was sufficient, but prone to drain clogs and overheating and we are in dire need of an upgrade.  We hope to offer even more local, organic fruits and vegetables in our renovated store.  We want to keep them as fresh as possible and a new produce cooler will do just that.
