Pride@Church! Help me bring Pride@Church to congregations for FREE during Pride Month (June)!
Pride@Church (P@C) believes that God calls us to be our full selves, and that faith communities can and should be healthy and supportive places both to come out and be out: as LGBTQ+ congregants, clergy, visitors, and allies. P@C provides LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Questioning) ally training and resources from an inclusive, faith-based perspective to help churches meet their inclusion goals and welcome all. Participating congregations are then part of the Pride@Church Team (P@CT).
P@CT congregations receive:
-FREE 1.5 hour public on-site training, unlimited participants, for the month of June (Pride Month)
-PR/ social media kit (poster design, sample social media posts, verbiage, hashtags, suggested promotion for attendance)
-faith-based LGBTQ+ resources & rationale
-access to other national P@CT congregations & church leaders
-web promotion through Bridgebuilder Consulting (my business) for May & June. bridgebuilderconsulting.com
-P@CT status for display at congregation
P@CT congregations provide:
-Training space, projector, sound
-Overnight hosting for trainer; hotel or congregant house host (as needed)
-Print/copy for participant materials through church office
-Opportunity for free-will offering at service before training and at training
-Mileage/ travel reimbursement (as needed)
