Presley Wilson's quality of life

This is my beautiful son Presley who really needs your help. He had a traumatic birth which left him with  cerebral palsy, epilepsy, seizure's, quadriplegic cerebral palsy, vision impairment most likely blind and hydrocephalus. We have never asked for help but as we need a wheel chair assessable car now we can not afford it alone and are asking for help. Anything to help what so ever would be deeply appreciated.
