In order for our collective voices to be heard in opposition to the proposed development on Country Club Road, it is imperative that we retain experts in the area of land use, compatibility, traffic, and noise.
These experts will oppose the Schulz proposal to change the current land use and zoning restrictions on property abutting our neighborhoods (details can be found at the website below).
This GoFundMe campaign is managed by Christina Taylor, homeowner in Hamilton Pointe subdivision. The campaign goal is an estimate at this time. Funds collected in this campaign will be paid directly to the experts retained. Any funds remaining after the campaign will be donated to the Citrus Center Boys & Girls Club, 2400 Havendale Blvd., Winter Haven, FL 33881. An accounting is available upon request.
