Presents For Joziah

Joziah approached my patrol car while I was typing a report and asked me if I wanted to buy a key chain for $1. When I asked him what it was for he stated that he was raising money to buy Christmas presents for his entire family. Joziah stated that he made the key chains himself and last year he raised almost $100 and was able to buy lots of presents. This little kid was so happy and so excited to go on and on about what he was doing and was even more excited when I bought a couple from him. I was honestly touched by this kid’s passion and would love to raise a little money to surprise him with on Thanksgiving so he can buy Christmas gifts for himself and his family. I obtained his address from his mom and hope that we can help this hard little worker out!!

▪️UPDATE! 11/22/18▪️ We finished the fundraiser with $670 in donations from 32 generous donors! After the fees from GoFundMe, it leaves us with $640 to be given to Joziah. The first $500 was raised in only a few hours! Thank you so much to everyone who donated. The funds are being transferred and will be here by next week due to the holidays. I’ll Post an update once Joziah receives the gift so that all who donated can see what good they did this holiday season!
