We will help and provide services for seniors to protect themselves  from Cyber Scams and Hoarding .

Welcome everyone to our heartfelt journey:

I am Randy Damron and the taller fellow is Bob Damron. We created this "go fund me" site because, just like a great many other good people in the San Francisco Bay Area, we are likely to soon become victims of eviction and be thrown out of a place that, down through the many decades, Bob, his family, and I being the latest, have called home and rented and lived in for well over 70 years, in fact, since at least the early 1940s.

Right now, there are very strong indications that a new  owner and landlord will soon be on the way, along with a property manager whose main interests obviously include representing the new owner, rather than ours', since we are only tenants the lowest on the totem pole, which means that it is very possible, if not probable, that we could be cast aside once the property is sold, since real estate values in San Francisco are out of control for us and most others, owing to the simple fact that the costs of renting there are now far beyond our means to stay where we have lived and called home for so very long.  This is what happens when a city becomes one of the most expensive places in the world in which to live.  That is why, in advance of our probable eviction, we are appealing to you, our kind folks, for your help and other support, since we are already planning to move to in the Las Vegas area to reestablish ourselves, since housing costs there are almost unbelievably far more reasonable than those in the San Francisco area.

We have several plans for our  "go fund me" campaign which will include: Creating a short narrative of the history of the Damron family in the San Francisco home that they've lived in for well over 70 years; producing a short Youtube video for our appeal/support campaign, which covers some interesting or surprising aspects that put a face on the Damron family; forwarding our "go fund me" link to various communities in San Francisco, CA and Las Vegas NV by making extensive use of the social media and other; informing many of those souls who will be willing to help us, as well as all those other free spirits who also care about our dilemma, and providing this worthwhile information through all available media sources, including electronic, airwaves/cable, print, etc.

One of our major goals at this time is to raise at least $50,000 from our friends and supporters, as well as any other honorable parties.  Bob and I need need to relocate, so as to get a fresh start in life, but just as importantly, we also want to create and provide a program  that assists seniors who are facing  major dangers, such as enforceable eviction due to hoarding or outrageous rent increases, landlords and their hired hands who are only interested in real estate profits,  scam artists who are constantly trying to invent new ways to cheat seniors and even their families, etc.  Both Bob and I are facing similar threats, such aa almost countless numbers of homes in San Francisco that are on the market for sales prices often reaching close to the $1,000,000 mark, if not more, even though many years ago, they were once affordable to  average wage earners.

Our plans also include transporting many of our belongings and collection items to the Las Vegas area and possibly setting up a store for reselling many of them .  We also want to restart our cyber security for seniors and their families ( www.cs4sp.com ) in Las Vegas., NV., as it is already registered there.  Here, our goals include providing cyber security training, as well as highly informative awareness programs and workshops in friendly environments for seniors  and those who are close to them, as they are all potential, if not permanent, targets of various scams and other types of cyber security frauds and dilemmas..  For example, we at Cyber Security for Seniors have plans to create short films on cyber security that can be screened in senior communities and other appropriate venues.  Also, along the same lines, we will also have various events and workshops that are concerned with cybersecurity and other senior issues.

EVICTION is very common for many senior, very elderly, and disabled citizens, as well as their families, and also other people, not just in the San Francisco Bay Area but throughout the country.  In addition, many of them are also lacking  other resources, assistance, and even assurances  that could greatly help them in their attempts to relocate.  There is certainly a much greater need to help these people than has presently being realized, and this is largely due to the fact that many of  the politicians in power often put their own priorities, as well as those of the wealthy capitalists and others whom they often secretly represent, well ahead of fellow Americans and others who have little or no pull down at City Hall, and who, at various times, desperately need, or else once needed, help for honest, legitimate, and unethical reasons, yet were denied or refused that much needed help.  the need of  programs that provide assistant to evicted seniors citizens particularly in the Bay Area and California and even eleswhere .

HOARDING is one of the important causes for eviction of many senior, elderly, and disabled citizens, as well as many others. Hoarding is a common problem for many seniors and others, and it can occur for various reasons,,including psychological ones, such as the ones that can come about when they  either have lost touch with their families and, or, close friends or else are estranged from them.  Hoarding has become such a serious problem for many seniors and others that it will be included as one of our programs under Cyber Security for Seniors, since many seniors and others have lost their self-respect or have little or no confidence in themselves, in addition to any infirmities that they might have, thus making them easy marks ( targets ) to those corrupt  people who would cheat them or take other illegal or criminal advantage of them.  In our hoarding program, we will help seniors and others who need our help to clear out anything they don't want or don't need from their living quarters.
SCAMS, CYBER SECURITY FRAUD and OTHER DANGERS most often target older citizens of the United States for obvious reasons, although many others, including families, are also deeply affected and, or, seriously harmed.  That is why we at Cyber Security for Seniors will create and develop training, programs/workshops, and other activities designed specifically with their protection, safety, self-assurance, and other needs of seniors and others taken fully into consideration.  And we plan to make these programs/workshops, and other activities very affordable or even free, where circumstances warrant, to those most in need.

As of now, we are still in the formative stages of our plans for relocating to Las Vegas, NV.  Over the last few  months,  we've met seniors  and others who have been evicted or are in the process of being evicted because of new property owners forcing them out or because of hoarding or because of certain other reasons.  Many of them are all alone and even very fearful, especially since so many of them have no family and, or, nobody else to turn to and, as so often happens, no place else that they know of where they can seek out the help that they so desperately need.

A major part of our inspiration at Cyber Security for Seniors comes about as a result of the many seniors who found salvation, either by not giving up and , or, because "Good Samaritans" were there in their greatest time of need.  We have also admired the Friends of the  Library ( in San Francisco ), because of the great many books that it has obtained from hoarders, many of whom were hoarders, thus keeping countless very worthwhile books in circulation while helping the San Francisco Library at the same time.

We plan to start our Cyber Security for Seniors programs in Las Vegas, NV, since it is both a much more affordable city when compared to cities such as San Francisco, and it already has many retirees living there.  Also, our  "go  fund  me" goal will help us in renting a van  for transporting our own hoarding items from S.F. to Las Vegas, NV, as well as aid us in renting commercial/office space in the new city where we'll be selling the items that we've transported, hiring staff, and covering many other costs.  We won't be receiving any direct funding from taxpayers or any local, state, or federal government agency.

There are many aspects to Cyber Security for Seniors' programs and other activities for helping seniors and others to make the most out of their lives including the following: Helping seniors and others fix up their living quarters , thus, changing these into much more livable spaces; using various processes, programs, workshops, and other activities to enable these seniors and others to become much more satisfied and positive about their lives, since they now know that they are much more secure and safe in their persons; developing and providing even more advanced ways that will  instill within seniors and others even high degrees of confidence through more self-awareness, increased knowledge, new and advanced skill set; and so on.

For these and other worthwhile ends, we at Cyber Security for Seniors will include, among our many activities and other services: Support for local non-profit clinics that provide counseling for seniors, the elderly, the disabled, and others; the creation and presentation of specialized events and other activities that will encourage seniors and others to come out of isolation, self-imposed or otherwise, such as by devising new types of social groups, and perhaps even several of them for increased involvement or diversity; encouragement, help and training to help enable seniors and others to become better decision makers by overcoming their fears, thus, taking much more meaningful control over their lives, as they learn to accomplish all of this on their own but not alone; helping seniors and others by employing their active involvement through personal involvement and activation techniques, including demonstration techniques and positive proofs, such as those involving people who have gone through similar trials and tribulations - For example, helping a hoarder to better understand how serious hoarding can be by showing a real life situation of  another person who overcame the same type of dilemma and is now a much happier person as a direct result, because he found a powerful way out of his suffocating trap, namely, by donating  a great many of his items through Cyber Security for Seniors where they would be put up for sale, with the proceeds being used to create, develop, and promote local non-profit clinics that provide counseling and advanced knowledge on hoarding and other issues for seniors and others who seriously need help; and so on.
