Prayers For Marnita Cacatian

Donation protected
On Tuesday, June 20th 2017 Heaven gained another Angel. In the early hours of the morning, Marnita Cacatian, 37, passed away at her residence in Ewa Beach due to ongoing medical conditions. Marnita Cacatian was born January 15, 1980 in Honolulu, Hawaii at Kapiolani Hospital. Born with scoliosis, a defective left lung & ribcage, just days old, She had to undergo a couple emergency surgeries resulting in the removal of her left lung. A little while later, a third surgery was needed to reconstruct her chest to balance it out & allow her right lung to be able to expand enough for her to breath. She had also undergone a fourth surgery at Shriners Hospital in Honolulu to straighten her back. Many Doctors called her, "A walking miracle. " A few of them gave her a window / life span of 18 years, if that. But by Gods grace & her strong Faith, she of course, lived beyond that. Growing up, it was never about her struggles, her condition or limitations. Her younger years were spent playing with her siblings, cousins, nieces & nephews. After years of hard work, perseverance, dedication & following her dreams, In 2006, she graduated from Hawaii Pacific University with her Bachelors in Science of Nursing Degree. Shortly after graduation, she began her career, working as a Nurse at Pearl City Nursing Home for five years then worked as a Nurse Case Manager at Healthways formerly known as HMSA. She absolutely loved her career, it allowed her to do what she did best, help people in need. On September 18, 2010, she married the man of her dreams, Geoffrey Cacatian in a beautiful ceremony at St. Joseph Chruch in Waipahu. A couple years later they bought their first home in Ewa Beach. Though she has lived a short life, she had touched & had an impact on so many lives. Throughout her life, although she was faced with many obstacles, she always managed keep those around her happy & at ease, put on a smile, kept her chin up & pushed forward with such grace. With the unfortunate and unexpected loss of our beloved Marnita, her Husband along with the family are not only faced with mourning her sudden loss, but also faced with a financial crisis of being able to provide her with the proper services & her and final resting place. Marnita is survived by her Husband, Geoffrey Cacatian; Parents, Juanito & Martina Rosario Sr.; Brothers, Melchor "Mel" Rosario & Juanito "Pablo" Rosario Jr.; Sisters, Luzviminda "Minda" Jose & Mariethez Madamba; 16 Nieces & Nephews, 13 grand-nieces & grand-nephews; Best Friend, Irish Acoba; Godparents, Al & Geri Simbahon.
