David Alexander Cruz Paz, your typical lively, playful, and heart-melting toddler, is now ill and needs your help! During his travel to Mexico, he began to vomit and have diarrhea. While in Mexico, he was diagnosed with Salmonella. Days later, the illness progressed into intestinal torsion, and surgical correction was carried out. He came out of the surgery successfully, but the next couple of days were not kind to him, as his kidneys began to fail. With the dehydration and malnutrition that the illness is causing, he has fallen unresponsive in a sort of coma. The bills are racking up since his insurance does not cover Mexico. I implore you to help. Every bit counts, no matter how small! Our family is devastated having one of our younger ones so ill. His parents are inconsolable, and this will hit them hard when they need to pay for the services. So far, they are at $3,200, so anything will be extremely appreciated.
