Poussaint v Genesis, Castor, Rogers

My adjudicative journey chronicles the perils of a nursing home patient [now a pro se litigant] defying death, disease, and the ‘Dark Money’ matrix lurking within the nursing home underground.
 
The trifurcated cases (against the Genesis HealthCare Corporation, the Rogers Castor firm, and Bruce Castor] are a disturbingly disruptive medical jurisprudence exposé which tracks, chronologues, and evidences the ignobility of institutionalized nursing home abuse, neglect, exploitation, malpractice, malfeasance, misfeasance, healthcare fraud, and avarice which invariably accompany the enabling 'Black Market' elements of patient profitability determinants and concomitant syndicated, ‘medical mafia’ remuneration – enjoyed even by the very physicians, therapists, and attorneys mandated to protect me.


Beyond a reasonable doubt, my cases will (when presented to jurors) enumerate, illuminate, and demonstrate that - through a pattern of prohibited, systemic, insidiously systematic, institutionalized criminality by which i was injured - multiple, underlying, compounded, indictable offenses were undertaken by Genesis, its HillCrest subsidiary, and Bruce Castor.

 

Mine is an unsettling, multivalent, medicolegal claim which reveals the perilous plight of a post-trauma convalescent who is inextricably (and involuntarily) caught up in a dark, dichotomous, do-or-die battle against the fiscal chicanery and cruel collusion of self-dealing physicians, dissimulating nurses, collusive regulatory agents, profit-mongering Mergers & Acquisitions [M&A] operants, conflict-ridden investor Board members, invisible hedge-fund and REIT shareholders, and other culprits – including my own lawyers -who comprise the massive underbelly of the “Medical Machine” which undergirds the nation-wide, publically-traded conglomerate known as the Genesis HealthCare Corporation.



Embodying the eternally ennobling human struggle against death, disease, debilitation, and despair, this beleaguered litigant has become a counter-force target (presently living in hiding from the very attorney I retained to protect me against the healthcare behemoth) while engaged and entrenched in protracted, increasingly and perceptibly hostile confrontation against Genesis Headquarters.

 

Combatting both the rapacious venality of its Kennett Square honchos and hired guns and the crooked machinations of my own lawyers, my causes-of-action expound and elucidate multifarious facets of medical law and medical jurisprudence which redound to our national public health policy

 

Throwing down the gauntlet in defiance of the industry-wide bloodsport so perniciously played out in dystopian death factories (aka nursing homes) and physical rehabilitation gyms, my tranche of court transcripts shall – in future  - be read as a quintessentially existential recount of an medico-legal diary of a very private citizen caught up in the crucible, impelled onto the public health arena in characteristically stark, stoic, expository style

 
As a pioneering pro se litigant, I have traversed the nursing home underground, sparing no one in my quotidian quest to survive the medical syndicate and, ultimately, to stay alive (literally and figuratively) ‘on the inside’.

CURRENT ACCELERATED INTERMEDIATE PHASE 1:

Forced into hiding as a result of the extrajudicial deployment of unlawful law enforcement apparati utilized by my former Counsel and his Montco cabal whose sadistic intent is to silence me by effectuating a MALEVOLENTLY-MANUFACTURED FISA / DHS ENEMY-OF-THE-STATE ARREST [given that I pose a threat to his career ascendancy, or, more perversely, that his Machiavellian scheme will actually solidify his professional prospects], I have escaped my domicile. Funds are immediately required to secure my safety; to maintain per diem operations and incidentals [including occassional medical transport]; to complete submission of extant deadlined dossiers in various venues and for upper-level court filings; and to protect and preserve supporting documentation - which is a most crucial element of this campaign's stratagème.

Having approached [and been denied help from] the District Attorney’s Detective Bureau, I am seeking restraining order against Bruce Castor (Montco Commissioner, DA, [PA] Solicitor General, acting AG) who is using his FISA, FBI, DHS, law enforcement clearances [as well as protection from his sockpuppeteering sidekick, Stacy Parks Miller] to stalk, catfish, ping my mobile, and entrap me in a concealed, covert, PARALLEL CONSTRUCTION POLICE OPERATION to thwart my efforts towards justice and equity. 

[Formal complaint and limited number of exhibits submitted wrt SPM's catfishing offenses undertaken to aid her partner-in-crime, Castor; full and completed dossier is due to the Disciplinary Board by the 11th, prior to SPM's hearing].

INTERMEDIATE PHASE 3:

Evidence forensics, digital forensics, data-loss prevention, and e-discovery must be performed, along with other legal research services, subscriptions, and solutions [for which I had been paying monthly].

Thus far, no firm has accepted my REQUEST FOR REPRESENTATION; an initial retainer shall be allocated from aggregate donations if one such obliges. [CROWDJUSTICE is an alternate platform previously under consideration].

I have selected a litigation support team for the purposes of electronic trial presentation; videotaped depositions; mock trial; medical illustrations; settlement presentations; and trial consultation. Donations shall be disbursed towards per diem rates ($1,300 for consultant, presenter, and equipment fees); hotel at-cost- fees; sundry courtroom presentation line items; and client meetings ($100 per hour / weekends‐ additional $50).
