Post war Survive to Thrive Program.

At 0400 on December 31, our training group will be running 100 sets of stairs EACH at Kangaroo Point in Brisbane to raise awareness for Veteran PTSD and suicide. We will be making a donation to In and Out Fitness Organisation, an innovative leader in assisting veterans who are struggling with mental illnesses and life after service.

We anticipate the 100 sets will take us between 3.5 to 4 hours of constant work. Anyone who has done these stairs, knows that 10-20 sets is a sizeable challenge. The idea was put forward by members of the group, some of who are veterans, still serving and also some who have moved on and are dealing with everyday life after service. Half of the group are very kind, everyday people who really pushed this idea forward and will be grinding out 4 hours of a mentally tough challenge, and donating to support this great cause.

We are aiming to raise $1000, but we will just be happy to support this great cause in anyway possible. Your donation or your support on the day will go a long way.
