A dream come true

Hi my name is Safia and I'm here to raise funds for a wedding for a brave girl I know,

Her name is Clair, Clair in the past year has gone through a really tough time, in the space of a year Claire lost her mum to breast cancer, she became homeless and lost her job. She almost didn't meet Jason (her future husband to be) in the event that followed.  

She moved in with me in a one bedroom apartment and I let her sleep on the couch. 

Clair had no money, no  job because she lost that too to take care of her mum before she passed .  She spent all her  savings for her wedding to feed and look after both of them and also take care any privet medicare bills her mum had and any medication and operations needed.

Clair Finally decided to raise money to  donate to a cancer charity and in hopes to help not just her mum but other cancer pations. And in  the process,  she meets Jason, That morning before the big charity event.

It was truly love at first site, she almost didn't go that morning because she was feeling so down but luckily I convinced her otherwise and she meet Jason.

After a long battle with cancer on the 17 of November, her mum finally was able to rest in peace and she used her last dime to pay for her mums funeral.

I am here to raise 2500 pounds to surprise her with a wedding. Clair is the most unselfish person I know and I think it is only fair to give back what she deserves. I feel as if she really deserves a wedding even if it's just small intimate 50 guest wedding . I believe every girl at least deserves that. 

How the money will be used.

The wedding dress = 500

Cake= 200 pounds

decorations (candles table cloths renting chairs and tables) 200 pounds(a lot of DIY involved)

Venue= 1500 pounds

Food and intertainment= 100 pounds

Her wedding date is 17 of December, she decided that soon because she didn't think she will have a reception because of no money.  

 This means so much to me because I know it's important to her even when she is being strong and isn't showing it, I feel I need to cheer her up as she is taken her mums death pretty hard and she needs her family and friends and it's important for every girl to at least have a wedding. Most importantly she deserves it she spend her savings on her dying mum and that's the most selfless thing I think one can do 

I would be very grateful if you can help I would fund any extra cost that may arise but anything would help to put a smile on Clair's face.
