My lovely friend Elizabeth Guzman is a 43 years old single mom Battling stage five renal failure. Kidneys work at about 8% between both kidneys . Due to her kidney failure she has been out of work for over a year now and has depleted all funds throughout the year . Any donations would be greatly appreciated at this time.
