Polka dot queen making memories

Back in August 2017 Laurin, our Polka Dot Queen, was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. It has spread into her bones, lungs, liver and spleen. After 14 month of Chemo, including 6 months on a clinical trial, her body is no longer responding to treatment and any further could either take her life or destroy quality of life. Laurin has always believed quality is more important than quantity and has had to make the most difficult decision of her life.

Now that any treatment that could be taken would destroy quality of life, Laurin has made the decision to travel and live as much as possible with her husband Mike.  She finds it a blessed that she still has energy and was able to find this out while there is still time to travel and celebrate life! We are raising money so that our Polka Dot Queen can travel as much as she can while she feels well! It will also be used for some work around the house to make it more accessible for her as is needed and to unfortunately help with final expenses at the time that becomes necessary.
