Poetry at McLeod Matching Funds
Tax deductible
James Island Arts has won prestigious matching grants for its first season of Poetry at McLeod, an innovative series in which African American poets interpret the experience and legacy of enslavement at a plantation historic site. Attendance and feedback at these readings have exceeded everyone's expectations. This fund is to raise the matching funds to complete our first season.
