Help me save my best friend.

My girl has taken a fall and needs a 3k surgery for her shoulder. I feel bad asking again for help...but it's either this or I find a shelter to surrender her to. I know it's a lot to ask so I understand if you can't. Thanks for reading. Nyx is a 6 month old Great Dane and my best friend. Yesterday, she wouldn't eat and became lethargic. Unsure of what it was, and it still persisted through today, I took her into the vet. From what they've told me, she has a GI block and needs exploratory surgery done to find out what it is. The surgery is expensive, $2500, and something I can't afford at the moment. If you could donate, or even share this post, it would be so appreciated.
