As many of you know, my sister Rain was involved in a tragic shooting in St. Louis, MO on Monday, Februrary 6th. (Link below)
We're still in a state of complete shock and confusion and it's looking like Rain is the strongest one of us all. Fortunately, she's in semi-stable condition but she's not out of the woods yet and she has a long road ahead of her - but we know you'll all be traveling with her.
You've already shown us more love than we ever could have imagined. If you'd like to make a donation, this is the place to do so.
Please feel free to share.
We love you all.
❤️ - the Stippecs
I (Katie, her sister) will be managing her account. 100% of your donations will go directly to my sister, Rain, her recovery, medical bills and physical therapy.
We're so appreciative of each and everyone of you who sent prayers, donations or just shared with others.
Rain is improving every day, and we have no doubt in our minds it's because of each and every one of you. She was even smiling yesterday :)
Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. Each day that passes is a reminder that she is a miracle and that miracles truly do happen.
The support we've received from our community has us at a lost for words most of the time. Thank you all so much.

Rain and I were in a couple of shows together and I also know her through Webster U's Dance Department where I volunteer as a photographer. I have a number of photos of her that I would willingly print or share the digital images for others to print as a fund raiser or other purpose. Let me know how I can help.
Rain, I have known you and your family since as far back as I can remember. You are like a sister to me. Your very strong and I know you will persevere and this will all just be a crazy story we talk about at the round table. I love you. Stay strong, you got this !
