Nepalese Canadian Community Services (NCCS) is organizing 12th Himalayan Festival at Nathan Philips Square, Toronto, Ontario on September 1st, 2018. Himalayan Festival commonly known as Himalayan Mela is one of the biggest events in North America to showcase various sides of Nepalese culture and tradition. It also creates a space to build inter-cultural link and social harmony respecting Canadian multicultural setting.
NCCS has been organizing this event every year at Nathan Philips Square. In the past until 2015 NCCS was using the venue free of cost. But, now it needs to pay big amount of money to the City which is not easy and financially viable for NCCS, a small community based not-for-profit organization, to show our culture and traditions among the large number of audience.
This fundraising campaign is dedicated to raise money for the Event Venue Cost for 2018 Himalayan Festival. All raised fund will be directly transferred to NCCS’s bank account. Donations are expected from all the respected personalities who love Nepalese culture and tradition and want to make 2018 Himalayan Mela a successful and great event.
