Please help us help Lola

Today our family dog Lola accidentally got let out by our daughter and got hit by a car . We rushed her to the vets to get her treatment . She's stable as of now . But will require surgery or possible surgeries. She has a broken leg and dislocated hip . She has fluid in her stomach and chest . They said as of now they are keeping a eye on the fluid in her stomach and chest . They said if the fluid don't reasorb or it gets worse they will have to do surgery to find the source of her bleeding . They also said her one eye isn't active . As of now she can't see out of it . They are in hopes that it's just from the trauma and will eventually gain her vision again in her eye . They said unfortunately they don't have a mri or ct scan available to them so we have to wait out and see if she has any brain trauma . They are keeping a close eye on her . My sweet Lola still loved us enough to wag her tail when we talked to her . She always loves to put her paw on u when u pet her and even though she was in such pain and shock she still showed me love back . She's seriously the best dog that I've ever been around. She's such a loving dog I couldn't imagine life without her and neither can the kids or nate. She's our girl and love her unconditionally! I know this might be crazy to ask for help for our dog but we love her and would do anything for her . Unfortunately we aren't blessed in the money department . I have no idea what this will cost but I know vet care isn't cheap . If anyone would be willing to help with whatever u can we would and Lola would greatly appreciate it!
